Clients also gain education on nutrition, lifestyle, and recovery for lasting results. Small Group Training

This is a great opportunity to workout with friends who have similar schedules as you! Small group training is great for 2-4 women who want a community to workout with that still gives them the individualized attention they deserve. Each client in the small group gets an individualized assessment, consultation and measured biometrics.
